More lanes for public transport to be arranged in Minsk

There will be more lanes for public transport in the capital. Another 16 kilometers is planned to be allocated this year. The planned transition of passenger transport to the electric traction will proceed. Today, the share of such cars in the whole volume of passenger traffic is about 40%, by the end of the five-year plan it should occupy not less than 70%. Today, the transportation of passengers in Minsk is carried out on 310 routes. The length of the route network is more than 4,000 kilometers.
