International high-level conference Preventing and Countering Terrorism in Digital Age ends in Minsk

The event was organized under the auspices of the Foreign Ministry of Belarus and the OSCE with participation of the heads of the relevant UN agencies, Interpol, the Council of Europe, the CIS, the CSTO. Politicians and experts were searching for the ways of taking advantage of the opportunities of the digital age and ensuring at the same time the safety of society, business and citizens. They discussed implementation of OSCE commitments to combat terrorism, as well as the partnership of states in this area, their national experience. All participants noted the relevance and timeliness of the initiative of Belarus in organizing such a thematic conference.
