Collective appeal regarding overhaul of residential buildings considered in Slonim

The on-site receptions make it possible to resolve citizens' issues on the spot. Upon the instructions of Natalya Kochanova, Chairwoman of the Council of the Republic of the National Assembly of Belarus, a collective appeal of the town's residents for capital repairs of the residential building was examined in Slonim. According to the residents, the builders have not fulfilled their promises on strengthening of balcony constructions, replacement of in-house utilities, renovation of facades.

To understand the situation, the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the Council of the Republic on Education, Science, Culture and Social Development Victor Liskovich came to the site. The working group included representatives of the Ministry of Housing and Communal Services, Grodno Regional Executive Committee, and local authorities. The problem and its solution were discussed together with the tenants of the house.

Victor Liskovich set the task of carrying out qualitative overhaul in the shortest possible time, so that people felt comfortable. This issue also remains under the control of the Council of the Republic.
