Belarus is not building an offensive strategy, but concentrates exclusively on defense and protection of the country. This was stated by the State Secretary of the Security Council, speaking to journalists.

Alexander Volfovich noted: the documents are open and public. And this is an example to the world. Key national interests. One of the chapters reveals the measures to be taken to neutralize these challenges, not to escalate these challenges into a threat to national security, not to cross these red lines," stressed the State Secretary of the Security Council.

Alexander Volfovich also added that there is currently active work on the doctrine of the Union State. The document has been formed. Discussions are going on now. Later it will be put on the table of the leaders of Belarus and Russia. The State Secretary of the Security Council also spoke on the escalation of the situation in our region.
