Parliamentarians of Russia and Belarus discuss Union State construction issues in Orsha

Issues related to the improvement of the legal foundations of interregional cooperation in the Union State economic and humanitarian spheres were discussed in Orsha on August 31 at the standing seminar on the Union State construction held by the Parliamentary Assembly of the Union of Belarus and Russia. The seminar focused on creation of a single scientific and technological environment, innovative approaches, cross-border and interregional economic cooperation, transit potential of the states, import substitution. The participants of the seminar visited the multimodal industrial-logistic complex "Bremino-Orsha" to consider the issues of accessibility of Belarus investment climate.

The seminar participants also visited the agro-town Alexandria and visited the school where the President of Belarus studied.
