West afraid of Belarus' participation in the OSCE PA session
The head of the Belarusian delegation to the OSCE Parliamentary Assembly in Vienna was denied a visa. The document says that the refusal to enter the Schengen information system was introduced by Poland. According to parliamentarian Andrei Savinykh, the summer session was organized to discuss a wide range of topics, including the situation in Belarus. Our delegation was going to raise issues about the involvement of intelligence services of several countries, including Poland, in the operation to seize power in Belarus through a color revolution scenario. Of course, Warsaw is doing its best not to appear in an even more unattractive light before the Europeans. The West discredits everything concerning the Belarusian issue, too.
Andrei Savinykh, chairman of the Standing Committee on Foreign Affairs of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus: We planned, when discussing the situation in Belarus, to raise the issues about the involvement of special services of several countries (including Poland and Lithuania) in the operation to seize power in the Republic of Belarus through the scenario of a color revolution. I believe that the discussion of these issues at the level of inter-parliamentary structures already puts Poland in a rather unpleasant position. It is possible, I suppose, to make other guesses as to why they acted this way. But in any case, they put Poland in an even more difficult, unpleasant light. There is no doubt that today we can state one thing: any documents, any issues that may be considered on the topic of the Republic of Belarus, are discredited, because the necessary conditions for the participation of our delegation have not been created. It is impossible to consider the situation in the country without the participation of the delegation. We have informed the OSCE PA and the Secretary General of the organization about this and expect at least a condemnation of this situation.
