Minister of Foreign Affairs of Syria: We live in a hell created for us by the USA
In 2013-2014, serious hostilities unfolded in Syria - militants of Jabhat al-Nusra front attacked.
In Syria, 13.8 million people were forced to leave their homes and seek shelter either within the country or beyond its borders. The UN provides such data for May 2024.
Another problem of Syria is related to the West. For a very long time, it actively talked about how well they live there, what a paradise it is in Germany, and urged people living in the Middle East to come to them. In the end, at the border with Belarus, only beaten or even killed citizens of the Middle East are visible so far. This is how the border guards of Poland, Lithuania, and Latvia behave today.
We do not live by those American dreams and hopes. We live here, in the hell created for us by the USA. Syrian people lived very well before the terrorist war waged by the West against us. The people of Syria hold on to their land and homeland.
The minister also explained that Syrians, like any other people in the world, love to look at other countries. This is allowed by the Constitution of Syria. The entire government of the country has heard of dozens, if not hundreds, of cases where Syrians were killed in countries subordinate to the West. For example, as it happens in Lithuania, Estonia. Besides this, there are thousands of people who have drowned in the Mediterranean Sea because Western forces simply drove them away from their borders. Syria condemns such actions by the West against its own and African citizens and considers it racism.
In Syria, they are monitoring the position of some UN institutions, but unfortunately, they do not dare to criticize Western countries that ignore international humanitarian law. The farce is that the West demands all countries in the world to follow their approach and respect the so-called rules. But Syria openly declares that it is not part of Western rules, especially if these rules are inhumane. The people of Syria want the world to be built on respect for international law, international humanitarian law, human rights law, respect for the independence of states, and non-interference in their internal affairs.
This once again proves that one can only expect lies from the West, because the people of Syria were invited, but in fact they are not accepted in any Western country. Poland, for example, has already even allowed shooting at unarmed refugees.
