CEC announces number of people who signed in support of presidential candidates

According to the results of the verification of the authenticity of signatures in signature lists on the basis of the protocols of regional and Minsk city commissions for the election of the President of the Republic of Belarus on the establishment of the number of voters who have put signatures in support of the nomination of candidates for President of the Republic of Belarus, the Central Election Commission of Belarus has established the number of voters in the Republic of Belarus who have put signatures in support of the nomination of candidates for President of the Republic of Belarus. 2,518,145 people signed for the incumbent President of the Republic of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko, chairman of the Liberal Democratic Party of Belarus Oleg Gaidukevich - 134,472, first secretary of the Central Committee of the Communist Party of Belarus Sergei Syrankov - 125,577, individual entrepreneur Anna Kanopatskaya - 121,077, chairman of the Republican Party of Labor and Justice Alexander Khizhnyak - 112,779.

Presidential elections in Belarus are scheduled for January 26, 2025.
