West fails in global governance

The West has failed to cope with global governance. This was stated by the Chairman of the Standing Committee of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of Belarus Sergei Rachkov in the “Panorama” program.

More and more countries would like to live in a different way, not under the dictate of the West, but to develop according to their own traditions, said the parliamentarian. “In general, the West has failed to cope with global governance, which today needs significant modernization. That is why BRICS attracts so many states that support, like the Republic of Belarus, multipolarity and recognize the diversity of development paths. Therefore, it is not surprising that more than 30 states gathered in Kazan, many of them were represented by heads of state, heads of government, and they discussed in fact a new world order,” the deputy said.
