The EU continues to illegally dispose of other people's funds.
Ambassadors of the EU member states have elaborated and agreed on a mechanism under which Ukraine will be granted a 35bn-euro loan against the proceeds from frozen Russian assets.
Now the European Parliament must approve the project.
