Kiev plans provocation with chemical weapons

The Kiev regime and its Western handlers are preparing a new large-scale provocation with the use of banned chemical weapons. This was stated by the head of the Russian troops of radiation, chemical and biological defense Igor Kirillov. He emphasized that the militants could hit their own people to blame Russia.

Igor Kirillov, head of the Russian Armed Forces' radiation, chemical and biological defense troops:

“At present, the Russian Defense Ministry has information about Ukraine's preparation of provocations to accuse the Russian Federation of using poisonous substances during the SMO. According to available information, the evidence will be handed over to OPCW representatives to draw up a supposedly “independent” report. I draw your attention to the fact that, in the opinion of the technical secretariat, the Ukrainian side does not have the technical means and skills to select materials that meet the requirements of the OPCW. In order to assist the Kiev regime, in June 2024, two groups of Ukrainian special services officers totaling more than 40 people were trained to take samples to document the use of toxic substances at the Chemical Technology Center in The Hague. Another evidence of the provocations being prepared is the supply of Western-made personal protective equipment to Ukraine in volumes that are excessive for a country that does not have chemical weapons”.

Moscow has repeatedly publicized data on chemical terrorism on the part of Kiev. Among other things, it is known about the use of toxic substances during the invasion of the Kursk Region. All of this, naturally, has gone unanswered by the West.
