Kiev rejects Minsk's participation in talks on conflict resolution

The Ukrainian Foreign Ministry has rejected the initiative on the participation of the Belarusian side in the talks on the settlement of the conflict. According to a message in the Telegram channel of the Foreign Ministry, the Foreign Ministry was “surprised” by the statement made by Minsk.

It should be noted that the day before Deputy Foreign Minister of Belarus Yuri Ambrazevich said that Minsk claimed to participate in the peace talks on Ukraine and its interests should be taken into account in the final agreements. He noted that Belarus was more interested than anyone else in a speedy peaceful settlement of the conflict and that it was important for Minsk to receive guarantees of its own security.
