New heads of local administration and plants - President's personnel Thursday

On 26 September, the Head of State took a number of personnel decisions on local executive managers. The pool of officials in some key ministries was renewed following the personnel Thursday. New heads of large enterprises, such as MTZ and Belenergo, as well as the principal of the Vitebsk Veterinary Academy, have been agreed. New Vice-Chairman appeared at Belteleradiocompany, too.

Alexander Lukashenko is aiming everyone at initiative work, because for the future five-year period we need to polish Belarus, bring it into perfect condition.

People's trust is a very valuable asset. And the President himself has been working for 3 decades to keep it. While the timing of the election is not yet clear, it is clear that the campaign is on a low start. And during this period, opponents will do anything to undermine the authority's credibility. There is no hope of rocking the situation on the basis of electoral passions. But the plans of the fugitives have long been a mystery.

"And the last option (which they have now) is an armed invasion of the territory of Belarus. That's their last resort. Why not? Because no one gives money to chat. Yeah, they're talking... This is the 31st year they are looking for money abroad, they can't find it. Although it's very simple - it's in the hands of the Americans, our "best friends." If there was anything, they would have given it long ago" - Alexander Lukashenko said. He stressed that the fugitives are just talking their tongues off, completely losing both the international and domestic agenda to Belarusian journalists. And this is seen and understood by their US sponsors, among others, and therefore they are beginning to demand more decisive action in exchange for funding.

"Guys, chatter is good, keep going. That's the amount of money for this, and everything else for a more effective struggle, for an armed uprising: to break into territory, as the Ukrainians did in the Kursk Region, to seize part of the territory, to destabilize the situation in the country," the President gave an example of such demands.

"That is why I have to pay great attention to the defense capabilities of our country along with harvesting and other economic problems," the head of state stressed.
