Second round of US-Russian talks to be held in Istanbul on February 27 – Lavrov

Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov said that the second round of US-Russian talks will be held in Istanbul on February 27.

Nothing is yet known about their content. After the first round of talks, which took place on February 18 in Riyadh, contacts between Moscow and Washington have sharply intensified. Both capitals now speak quite confidently about the possibility of a truce in Ukraine soon.
