Lukashenko: Belarusians and Russians should feel all the advantages of the Union State in real life

Every Belarusian and Russian should feel in real life all the advantages of the Union State. This was stated by President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko on December 6 in Minsk at a meeting of the Supreme State Council of the Union State, BELTA reports.
No matter what goals Belarus and Russia pursue when building the Union State, its main target audience is their citizens, Alexander Lukashenko noted.
Thus, there are no restrictions on movement within the territory of both states. Equal rights are ensured in the areas of labor activity, recognition of work experience and labor protection. Pension and social insurance issues are regulated. All citizens are provided with emergency and urgent medical care. In 2023 alone, about 60 thousand Russian citizens received medical care in Belarus. Support is provided to families with children and certain categories of the population.
"But much remains to be done. Each person must actually, without restrictions, experience all the advantages of our union," the Belarusian leader emphasized.
