No external influence should shake the foundations laid by Belarusians, said President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko during the presentation of the State Quality Mark symbols, writes BELTA.

"The wheel of continuity must work in such a way that no external influence could shake the foundations we have laid," noted Alexander Lukashenko.
