Lukashenko on nuclear weapons in Belarus: Yes, we have it, a few dozen warheads

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko confirmed that Belarus does indeed have nuclear weapons. The head of state said this while answering questions from employees of POZHSNAB company in Borisov, BELTA reports.
"We brought nuclear warheads here. A few dozen of them. Many people write: "Oh, this is a joke, no one brought anything in." We brought them in. And the fact that they say that this is a joke means they missed it. They didn't even notice how we brought them in," the Belarusian leader said.
Alexander Lukashenko made the corresponding statement while answering a question about plans to deploy the Russian Oreshnik missile system in Belarus, which is not a nuclear weapon, but has great power.
"If nuclear weapons are used, it is a great responsibility. At least after Hiroshima, Nagasaki (the US nuclear bombing of these Japanese cities in 1945 - BelTA note) no one has pressed the nuclear weapons button. The most powerful large states, not to mention Belarus. But I have warned all my enemies, "friends" and rivals: if you step on the state border line, the response will be immediate. I will not look at whether it is nuclear weapons or something else," the President said. "We agreed on this with the Russians even before they returned their nuclear weapons to us. And these are tactical nuclear weapons. Although, probably, they are 5 times more powerful than this "Oreshnik".
