President of Belarus outlines key aspect of cooperation with Russia

Belarusian President Alexander Lukashenko has outlined the key aspect of cooperation with Russia during a meeting with Governor of Russia’s Penza region Oleg Melnichenko, BelTA informs.

"There's more to come! Things are not as simple or as ideal as may look like for someone. Once again it must be said that everything will depend on us. We should rely only on our own capacities. And if we get something good from outside, we will be glad about it. But we should think twice before accepting what they might offer us [from abroad-ed.]. Because we have had enough of this bustle: Ah, they have good quality, investments and so on over there." Head of state said. But currently the money has been stolen, arrested both from Russia and from us. Where are those investors and the quality that we were praying for? We have had a rough lesson.
