The citizens of St. Petersburg have congratulated Belarus on its transition to the status of a BRICS partner. Troitsky Bridge in the Northern capital of Russia was illuminated in the colors of the Belarusian flag. By the way, St. Petersburg is currently hosting the Days of Minsk.
