Film about Putin based on deep fakes produced in Poland

A film about Russian President Vladimir Putin using deep fakes was made in Poland, BELTA reports citing The Guardian.

Patryk Vega's film shows the biography of the Russian president from childhood to potential death. It is noted that the face of the Russian leader in the film was generated using deep fake technology.

The film was made by Polish director Patryk Vega, who is known in Poland for his "low-budget and very violent films characterized by horrific violence and glossy productions."

Earlier, Vega presented the film "Loop," which caused a scandal in Ukraine. In the eyes of the world community, the director presented Ukrainians in an unflattering light - as criminals, bribe takers, bandits.
