Response to NATO's aggressive steps - Russia may resume nuclear testing
Moscow may decide to resume nuclear testing in response to NATO's aggressive steps taken in the last few weeks. This was reported by Deputy Minister of Foreign Affairs of Russia Sergei Ryabkov.
Despite all the warnings, the Ukrainian Armed Forces continue to strike targets deep inside Russian territory with Western weapons. Such actions cannot remain without an adequate response.
Let me remind you that a partial ban on nuclear testing was established by a treaty from 1963. In 1996, the underground testing was also stopped.
The resumption of nuclear explosions will mark the arms race reaching a new level. And NATO will be the only one to blame for this, a high-ranking Russian diplomat pointed out.
