Russia does not intend to participate in Second Peace Summit

We will not talk to terrorists. The Russian Foreign Ministry said that Moscow is not going to take part in the second peace summit called by Zelensky. Maria Zakharova, the official spokeswoman of the ministry, emphasized that the second summit pursues the same goal - to push Zelensky's absolutely unviable formula as an alternative basis for solving the conflict, to get its support from the world majority and on its behalf to give Russia an ultimatum of surrender. At the same time, she said that Moscow does not refuse from diplomatic settlement and is ready to discuss really serious proposals.
