Pakistan plans to organize assembly production of BELARUS tractors

The assembly production of BELARUS tractors with a capacity of over 100 hp is planned to be organized in Pakistan. This became known following the talks of the Belarusian delegation headed by the Minister of Industry Alexander Yefimov with the heads of the Pakistani companies Green Corporate Initiative (Private) Limited and Heavy Industries Taxila, BELTA reports with reference to the press service of the Minsk Tractor Works.
MTZ General Director Sergei Avramenko signed a memorandum of cooperation, which sets out specific deadlines and an algorithm of actions for the implementation of the project.
"Industrial cooperation is one of the most important accents in our joint work with Pakistani partners. Tractors with a capacity of over 100 hp have not been supplied to Pakistan on a regular basis before. And the organization of assembly production has long-term mutually beneficial prospects. We are also talking about establishing the production of not only BELARUS tractors, but also units for them," commented Sergei Avramenko.
