At the World Summit on Climate Change in Baku, President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko reproached the UN Secretariat for the bureaucracy in connection with the regulations on speeches, BelTA reports.
"Since it's practically impossible to say anything in three minutes because of the bureaucracy of the UN Secretariat, I'll limit myself to a few sentences," said the head of state.
The fact is that at the World Summit on Climate Change at the session with the participation of heads of state there is a time limit of three minutes for speeches.
