President of Belarus Alexander Lukashenko has approved Ruslan Chernetsky's candidacy for the post of Minister of Culture, BELTA reports.
Currently, Ruslan Chernetsky is also a member of the Standing Committee of the House of Representatives of the National Assembly of the Republic of Belarus on Education, Culture and Science.
