Kiev regime uses banned chemical weapons against inhabitants of Donbass and Russian military

During the summer of 2024, the Ukrainian armed forces used banned chemical weapons more than 400 times against the residents of Donbass and the Russian military.

This was stated by Russian Foreign Ministry ambassador for special assignments Rodion Miroshnik. In his words, Kiev is trying to influence people's psyche in every possible way and demonstrate that Ukraine can cross any red lines. There is no reaction of international community.
