Security Service of Ukraine confirms involvement in organizing murder of General Kirillov
The Security Service of Ukraine has officially confirmed the fact of a terrorist attack on Russian territory. Its victim was Lieutenant General Igor Kirillov.
Earlier, Kiev denied "the use of terrorist format methods". Even among politicians loyal to Ukraine, there is an opinion that the goal of the growth of terrorist activity of the Kyiv special services is to disrupt a possible ceasefire that Donald Trump is demanding from Zelensky.
Tobias Ellwood, former head of the UK Parliament's Defence Committee:
"Both Ukraine and Russia have a month left before the change of power in the White House. It is unlikely that they will be able to achieve any significant changes on the battlefield, while a possible ceasefire is just around the corner. Therefore, Ukraine is using every opportunity to strengthen its negotiating positions - it was for this purpose that Ukraine killed Kirillov in Moscow."
More and more new circumstances of the terrorist attack in Moscow are also becoming known. The entrance where the general lived was monitored via a webcam from a car parked opposite. The signal for detonation was given remotely. A certain standard ammunition was used as a weapon possibly with additional striking elements.
