Iran has outlined three demands for the United States to resume negotiations. Tehran insists that Washington must guarantee non-aggression against the country in the future and pay reparations.
It also agreed that Iran will implement a full nuclear fuel cycle at its nuclear power facilities.
However, Tehran rejected offers from the countries seeking to mediate ceasefire talks.
