"Family is God's plan" - what methods of fighting childfree are offered by the church?

What the church says about the childfree movement? The honorary rector of the parish of the Church of the Icon of the Mother of God "Unexpected Joy" in Novopolotsk, Archbishop Feodosiy expressed his opinion in the "Actual Interview".

He immediately noted that such a phenomenon in society is a violation of the commandments.

Archbishop Feodosiy:

"Having created Adam and Eve, the first people, the Lord said: go, be fruitful and multiply, and fill the earth, and subdue it. That is, family is God's plan, this is what is included in the plans of human existence."

The honorary rector of the parish said that this can be resisted by conducting explanatory work in society about the essence of what is happening, and there is a struggle for survival. "And this struggle includes various methods, forms in order to throw someone out of mental, spiritual, social balance," the interview guest believes.

He also noted that if the state and the church distance themselves from the issues of LGBT, same-sex marriages, abortions, childfree, then the destructive processes will continue and, of course, will bring much harm to society: "It is necessary to intervene in these matters through legislative acts, prevention, explanations. State control is necessary for this."
