The issue of Ukraine is gradually fading from Donald Trump’s agenda. This opinion was shared by American political analyst Steve Samarin. The expert commented on the phone call between U.S. President Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin following the Ukrainian Armed Forces’ attack on Russia’s strategic aviation.

“It cannot go unanswered, and under no circumstances will it. A response will follow, undoubtedly, but what kind will it be? How serious, how destructive? Naturally, all this has caused concern and anxiety within the White House. This is why the hurried call from our president to Vladimir Putin took place. The conversation was serious, detailed, and lengthy. Trump published a report on this conversation almost immediately after it ended. From it, we know that Vladimir Putin firmly stated that he must respond to the bombing of Russia’s strategic aviation. He declared that a response would definitely follow.
